Staff will help wheelchair users, who are welcome to come unaccompanied. Phone 020 7241 9410 for further access details.

NO SMOKING
The Rio is a no-smoking cinema.

PARENTS & BABIES CLUB
Screenings are on most Tuesdays and Thursdays. The idea behind the Club is to enable parents with babies to visit the cinema regularly without having to find a baby sitter or worry about their babies causing disturbance. The auditorium is slightly lighter than normal and a secure space is provided for pushchairs. The Club is exclusively for parents with babies under 1 year old. Membership is free but you do need to sign up and receive a membership card to come to these screenings. Join the Club on the day or email us: mail@riocinema.org.uk giving us your name, address, telephone number and your baby's name and date of birth.

CAFÉ
Our foyer café is open during normal cinema opening hours and offers a range of delicious cakes and other snacks, as well as fresh Monmouth coffee.

PRIVATE HIRE
The auditorium and basement space are both available for hire. Please call Gemma on 020 7241 9419 for more info.

FEEDBACK
The Rio is a Community cinema, whose policy is decided by a Board of Directors consisting of local people elected each year. If you have any comments to the Board, queries, criticisms, suggestions for films or other issues to raise, there is a box in the foyer for your use. Alternatively, send an email, write in or give us a call on 020 7241 9410.

The Rio programme can be sent to you by post. Print out and complete form, and either post to the Rio or hand in at the box-office, together with a cheque or postal order for £5.00 for one year's mailing. COMMUNITY ACCESS
The Rio's policy of encouraging community access and local involvement means that your group or organisation could use the cinema for educational, campaigning or fund-raising purposes. For further information please ring Charles on 020 7241 9410.

BICYCLE THIEVES
A reminder to all patrons travelling to the Rio by bicycle to make sure they secure wheels and frames of their bikes with sturdy locks. Staff do their best to keep a watchful eye on bikes parked here, but cannot maintain constant surveillance. We strongly recommend that you use two sturdy locks to lock your bicycle, making sure both frame and wheels are secure, and remove any detachable saddles. If possible, park your bike on the stands on the Kingsland High Street end of John Campbell Road where it is better lit, or the High Street itself. If you see anyone tampering with bicycles, please inform a member of staff immediately. Thank you.
