| RIO SCHOOL SCREENINGS
Thanks to funding from Film London and the Mercers' Company, the Rio is delighted to be able to continue its screening programme for schools. These are films that are relevant to the National Curriculum, and can feature introductions, post-screening discussions, and teachers' notes. EASTER HOLIDAY ANIMATION WORKSHOPS
We are very pleased to announce that, thanks to funding from Film London and the Mercers' Company, we are able to offer creative workshops in filmmaking and animation for children and young people in every school holiday.
For ages 7 - 10: Thursday 17th April 10am - 4pm FULLY BOOKED
For ages 11 - 13: Friday 18th April 10am - 4pm FULLY BOOKED
ICT Links help you make your own short animated film in one day! Create your characters, film them, make the soundtrack and use computers to put together the film. You'll also get a DVD of your finished animation. Price £8/£4 Concessions*

Friday 30th May 10.00am-6pm
For ages 13 - 15.
On this course, run by Chocolate Films, you will make your own short film from start to finish in just one day! Working in a group you will decide the story, act in, shoot and edit the film. You'll also receive a copy of your film on DVD. No experience needed, all welcome! Price £20/£5 Concessions*
