Set a year after their defeat of the evil Shredder, the heroic Turtle brothers have grown apart and are no longer fighting crime. Master Splinter and their friend April are concerned by what has happened to them. But 3,000 year-old warlord Max Winters has an evil plan, and the turtles must come together once more to prevent a disaster.
